Shipping

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed and finalized on your website?

After an order has been placed and confirmed on our website, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept any changes or modifications.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in order details, such as delivery addresses, payment information, or personalization details. Your order will be processed exactly as it was submitted initially to ensure efficient and precise service.

Shipping methods

United States:

Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days ($5)
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days ($15)

Please allow extra transit time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.

Canada:

Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days ($8)

International:

Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days ($12)

Please enter your address in English. Any customs, clearance or duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All shipping times are estimates, we are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines. All items take between 24-48hrs to process before shipping, excluding weekends.

How can I track my order?

Once you've received your order confirmation email, you will receive a second email letting you know that your order has been dispatched.

This email will include order tracking details and specific instructions to track your order using the carrier designated to your order.

Personalisation

How many characters can I choose for personalisation?

We offer a maximum of five characters. Please note that at this moment we only offer English letters.

The monogramming is incorrect, what do I do?

In the rare instance your monogramming is incorrect please send through your order number and photos of the incorrect monogram to hello@mentagna.com

Do you have a warranty for the monogram?

We do not offer a warranty for personalization. Since each personalized product is hand-finished, occasional defects may arise in the personalization process.

Our coverage extends only to products where the stamping fails to meet our quality standards. Upon receiving your product and identifying personalization defects, please reach out to us at hello@mentagna.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please be aware that defective items will be replaced, not refunded. Additionally, please note that with extended use, personalized monograms may fade over time. This is considered normal wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I change my order?

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to it. Please ensure that all details are confirmed and correct before finalizing your purchase.

If your order cannot be processed due to an incomplete delivery address, our team will contact you. If you suspect an error in your delivery address, please email us promptly at hello@mentagna.com, and we will endeavor to amend the address, although this may not always be feasible. Please note that we are not responsible for any incorrect details provided on orders, including delivery, payment, and/or personalization information.

I received something other than what I ordered, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will promptly fulfill your correct order. Should the item you originally selected be unavailable, you may be provided with a store credit as an alternative. For inquiries regarding our Returns Policy concerning incorrect orders, please reach out to us at hello@mentagna.com.

I am not satisfied with my product, what do I do?

We conduct thorough quality checks on all our products before dispatch to ensure that they meet our standards before shipping.

Should you have any concerns about your product, please reach out to our customer experience team at hello@mentagna.com, providing details of your issue.

What is your return policy?

We are confident that our MENTAGNA products will meet our quality standards. Should you have a change of heart, unpersonalized items may be returned. However, please note that all personalized products are final sale, and refunds or exchanges are not offered.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

-Not be personalized

-Remain unused and in their original packaging and condition

-Not have been purchased on sale

What are your products made from?

The basis of our products is the most important. We work with a European leather tannery to ensure only the highest quality premium pebble leather for our products. Each piece of leather is meticulously selected and crafted to provide durability, elegance, and a unique touch to every phone case. Our commitment to quality ensures that our pebble leather not only looks and feels luxurious but also remains resilient against daily wear and tear.
